1 Thessalonians 5:21-22 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

Don't show people that you are praying to God, you should pray in silent if you the only one praying

If a man pray with his head covered, it's a lack of respect to God

1 Corinthians 11:4-5 Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head.
But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.

1 Corinthians 11:7-10 For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.
For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man.
Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.
For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.

When a woman is going to pray, she should cover her head because the symbol of woman head is for her husband while the symbol of man head is God. When a woman fail to cover her head, she disrespect her head (her husband) when a man covers his head, he disrespect his head which is God
