It can be frustrating and disheartening when you put effort into creating and posting content, but don't receive any votes or recognition for it. It's natural to compare ourselves to others and wonder why our work isn't being received in the same way. However, it's important to remember that receiving votes or recognition is not the only measure of success or the value of your work.

There could be many reasons why your friend has received votes on their posts while you have not. They might have a larger following or their content might be more in line with the interests of the community. It's also possible that they have simply been luckier in terms of the timing of their posts or the way that they have presented their content.

Instead of getting discouraged, try to focus on the things that you can control. Consider the quality and relevance of your content, and think about ways that you can improve or make it more engaging. It can also be helpful to seek feedback from others and learn from their experiences.

Remember, receiving votes or recognition is not the only way to measure the success of your work. Keep creating and sharing content that you are proud of and that is meaningful to you, and don't let a lack of votes discourage you. Keep pushing and don't give up on your goals.
