RE: Taking Responsibilities

Boss you've got a nice write up here and I really appreciate the experience you've passed to us.

So I've always preferred being the guy at the back, following orders. That way, whether we lose or win, I won't be blamed for anything because I simply were following someone else's orders

To be honest, I really admire this lifestyle... Being a leader in my school has never been easy for me. I was opportuned to be the course representative for almost three years now, and I will tell you that it has not been easy to be honest.. I confirmed the saying of: uneasy lyes the head that wears the crown.

As the leader, if anything goes wrong, nobody wants to hear my own side of the story, all they want is for me to admit that I messed up everything even though it wasn't me that did it, and I don't know anything about it.

Yup, that's just the bad side to it, having to take the blame even if it wasn't really your fault.. But I guess we have to take the bad the same way we take the good.
