Hello everyone

We have already seen a good number of albums from "My Vinyl Collection" and various musical styles, but none as brutal as the sound of the Brazilians Sepultura. This album is also, of course, a gem in the history of rock/metal and was the inspiration for many other bands from the 90s such as Deftones or Korn.

On some occasion I commented that I especially like songs that, in addition to good music, have a message and in the case of Chaos A.D. from Sepultura all the songs have it. An essential album for lovers of hard metal and lyrics critical of the system.

I don't remember exactly what year but this vinyl was a birthday gift from a group of friends, possibly 1994. In fact, when I took it out, the greeting card also came out, which for the moment remains in the personal sphere since it is completely incorrect. 😜.

The first half of the 90s was surely the wildest and craziest of my entire life, we did excesses almost daily, whenever there was an opportunity to get drunk or take drugs we took advantage, and the worst thing is that it didn't matter the consequences, everyone who lived through them 90 knows what I mean, it's what we had to live, happiness was measured based on sex, drugs and rock & roll 🤘

Chaos A.D. It was the album that opened the doors to "hard metal" for me, many more albums of this style would follow, including of course Deftones. Tracks like "Territory", "Refuse/Resist", "Biotech is Godzilla" will not leave you indifferent.

Hola a todos

ya hemos visto una buena cantidad de álbumes de "Mi Colección de Vinilos" y diversos estilos musicales, pero ninguno tan brutal como es el sonido de los brasileños Sepultura. Este disco además, como no, es una joya de la historia del rock/metal y fué la inspiración de otras muchas bandas de los 90 como Deftones o Korn.

En alguna ocasión comenté que me gustan especialmente las canciones que además de buena música tienen algún mensaje y en el caso de Chaos A.D. de Sepultura todas las canciones lo tienen. Un disco imprescindible para los amantes del metal duro y las letras críticas con el sistema.

No recuerdo exactamente en que año pero este vinilo fue un regalo de cumpleaños de la pandilla de amigos, posiblemente 1994, de hecho al sacarlo también salió la tarjeta de felicitación, que de momento, se queda en el ámbito personal ya que es del todo incorrecta 😜.

La primera mitad de los 90 fue seguramente la mas salvaje y loca de toda mi vida, hacíamos excesos casi a diario, siempre que había oportunidad de emborracharse o drogarse se aprovechaba, y lo peor es que daba igual las consecuencias, todo el que vivió los 90 sabe a lo que me refiero, es lo que nos tocó vivir, la felicidad se medía en base al sexo, drogas y rock & roll 🤘

Chaos A.D. fue el disco que me abrió las puertas al "hard metal", le seguirían muchos mas álbumes de este estilo incluido por supuesto Deftones. Temas como "Territory", "Refuse/Resist", "Biotech is Godzilla" no te dejarán indiferente.

Como siempre os dejo aquí el album completo y mi tema favorito, que como siempre es difícil de elegir ya que este long play en realidad lo que nos ofrece son doce joyas de la música del siglo XX.
