A mi hijo le encanta chocolate y este helado le agregué chocolate tanto como galletas y en barra.

Primero antes de comenzar hacer nuestro helado cremoso vamos a necesitar nuestra base para helados.

Aquí les muestro una técnica súper fácil de hacer. Tenga una taza de arroz la vierte en un envase y luego agrega agua que cubra todo el arroz, deje remojar el arroz por 4hrs o sino toda la noche.
Después debes sacar el agua pasado ese tiempo y enjuague el arroz.

Here is a super easy technique to do. Take a cup of rice and pour it in a container and then add water that covers all the rice, let the rice soak for 4hrs or overnight.
Then remove the water after that time and rinse the rice.

Tenga la licuadora disponible para agregarle la taza de arroz remojado, 1/2 Taza de agua y licuar por 3minutos.

Have the blender available to add the cup of soaked rice, 1/2 cup of water and blend for 3 minutes.

Con la ayuda de un colador va a colocar la mezcla y el agua de arroz obtenida la va a vertir en una olla y procede a cocinar a fuego lento mientras va moviendo con una paleta durante su cocción.

El resultado será tener una mezcla súper suave y cremosita.

Está base para helados es la famosa crema de arroz. Pero les digo la verdad, queda mejor haciéndola casera porque los helados quedan súper ricos. A mí me funcionó mejor la técnica casera.

Amigos sigamos nuestra receta, en la licuadora vamos a licuar leche, azúcar, base para helados, agua.

En un plato va a colocar la galletas de chocolate de su preferencia cortadas con sus manos en trozos medianos. Y en otro plato tendrá el chocolate de barra en trocitos.

No hay problema les muestro que hacer, el empaque de las galletas de chocolate antes de abrirla con la ayuda de una tijera va a cortar por la mitad el empaque esto es la tener bolsita esto nos servirá por dos unidades de helados.

Agarra esa mitad del empaque y haga el procedimiento porque ese empaque será su envase de helados, ya terminado el procedimiento va a colocar en el medio dela mezcla una mitad de paleta para helados como indica en la imagen. Esto quedan geniales. Inténtalo no te arrepentirás.

Luego dejamos nuestros helados en refrigeración y una vez congelados procede a comer.
