Yesterday, Wednesday I will share my experience all about activity

As usual, in the morning I wake up, then continue to work in the office. but these days I haven't done very intense exercise Because I'm still healing from an injury. Looks like tomorrow we can start again for light jogging or cycling again.
For strengthening my body, I strengthened especially at the waist so that I get used to it and at other times I won't be injured again with light stretching after waking up.


I have a little advice for you, Take good care of your health. If you are a little sick, just take a break, don't force yourself to continue your work or sports. Because a little injury will reduce your work productivity and it hurts a lot if you get injured it takes time and money to get back to health, health is expensive so take care of your health.

El dia de ayer miercoles les compartire mi experiencia todo sobre la actividad

Como de costumbre, me despierto por la mañana y sigo trabajando en la oficina. pero estos días no he hecho ejercicio muy intenso porque todavía me estoy recuperando de una lesión. Parece que mañana podemos empezar de nuevo a trotar o andar en bicicleta de nuevo.
Para fortalecer mi cuerpo, hice fuerza especialmente en la cintura para que me acostumbre y en otros momentos no me vuelva a lesionar con estiramientos ligeros después de despertarme.


Tengo un pequeño consejo para ti, Cuida tu salud. Si está un poco enfermo, simplemente tómese un descanso, no se obligue a continuar con su trabajo o deportes. Debido a que una pequeña lesión reducirá la productividad de su trabajo y duele mucho si se lesiona, se necesita tiempo y dinero para recuperar la salud, la salud es costosa, así que cuide su salud.

Ieri, mercoledì condividerò la mia esperienza sull'attività

Come al solito la mattina mi sveglio, poi continuo a lavorare in ufficio. ma in questi giorni non ho fatto esercizi molto intensi perché sto ancora guarendo da un infortunio. Sembra che domani si possa ricominciare a fare jogging leggero o di nuovo in bicicletta.
Per rafforzare il mio corpo, mi sono rafforzato soprattutto in vita in modo da abituarmi e altre volte non mi farò più male con un leggero stretching dopo il risveglio.


Ho un piccolo consiglio per te, prenditi cura della tua salute. Se sei un po' malato, prenditi una pausa, non forzarti a continuare il tuo lavoro o sport. Poiché un piccolo infortunio ridurrà la tua produttività sul lavoro e fa molto male se ti fai male, ci vogliono tempo e denaro per tornare in salute, la salute è costosa, quindi prenditi cura della tua salute.
