I hope that all of you are in good health so that you can carry out all your activities without any problems.

Today i want share my activity 😼
As usual i wake up in morning, Then wash my face and take breakfast.
Followed by light stretching continued to go to the office to work as usual. Because today is the commemoration of world jump day, I took the time to try rope skipping, it turned out to be tiring and then I pedaled as usual for half an hour.

I think thats all my activity today
