Today Friday Morning This time I took a different path, not cycling but trying to run or joging Covering a distance of 2 kilometers with approximately 30.

This is when I take a short break when I cover a distance of 1, my breath is already blowing faster because the pacemaker is faster when running, After a 5 minute break I continued running again and went home
