Maybe you can start a registry for minnows. Hive Minnow Registry and you can upvote those accounts.

I think there already exists minnow support initiatives on Hive! Let me look...

Edit: Yeah, there's many.

@tenkminnows was the first I saw, being run by @steevc

Found a whole bunch more leads by searching 'minnow' on the Ecency app. Would need to run through and see what was current and what was defuct / abandoned / part of the legacy chain though.

There's also the Minnow Support Project:

@msp-curation

And possibly other accounts too, which is upvoting accounts actively.

We should be able to get involved in these initiatives in some way. It would be more effective to join what already exists than to try forge a new path with that, in my opinion
