My Actifit Report Card: February 5 2026

Hello everyone! 🤗 Beautiful day today, blue sky, sun shining, not so hot and not so humid. Just right.

Got ringing ears again, on and off, I guess will just have to live with it.

My Thursday work load is slightly lower today so it was quite relaxing, I did other things like spending more time with Max outdoors, I even have given him a wash which he initially refused but eventually loved it. Done walk at home fitness, as well. This is all for today...
