My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2025

Hello everyone! 👋 Yesterday morning, my sister and I joined our friends, afterwhich we walked to the old house where we grew up and where two of my brothers still live and a sister-in-law. I always still feel so at home there, in fact, after that walk my sister settled on the sofa and snoozed for a bit. Obviously, it wasn't just me who have that feeling of nostalgia even if I have my new little home now.

Then as we were chatting my sis-in-law mentioned a mini grocery store not very far away from there, so we spontaneously do a bit of shopping. Then I saw the chest freezer of ice cream, so I spontaneously decided for the four of us to get into this indulgence. Perfect size for four, 3-flavored ice cream. Yum. 😋

Unfortunately, it started to drizzle so our plan to walk some more was halted because we didn't want our walking shoes to get wet or muddy. 😅 On getting back, it's work time and all. After that walk outdoors, I also did the walkathome fitness in between my classes. 😊
