My Actifit Report Card: August 21 2025

Hello everyone! 👋 The weather started beautiful yesterday then it rained again. This time it wasn't continuous so it was alright. We even had this beautiful sunset. 😍

With my neck and shoulder still hurting, I got onto my brother's body shaker machine for the second time after my first the other day. I am hoping that it'll help. I also did these 2 stretches (fitness blender), active stretching and relaxing whole body stretches before going to bed. Of course, I took a couple of pain relievers throughout the day. Yeah, it's the last thing I would do (taking meds) if I am not tired bearing with it. Will be alright. 🙏
