My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2025
Hello everyone! 👋 The sky was looking dramatic yesterday. No rain but windy and again the neighbours are burning stuffs that stinks. Living in an elevated space now means the wind get straight in the open door and windows. So toxic, my lungs complaining so I had to lock myself in.
Anyways, still feeling off so a little sensitive right now, my nose, my eyes, etc. I have inflammations, too. Ugh!
Despite all that, still happy that I got on with my daily activities: stretches and extra exercises, lessons preparation, cooking, work, etc.
