I wasn't feeling so well today but I've gone through the day without taking any painkiller. I know what I need is more exercise so that's what I did.

This jasmine flower is not very photogenic but it smells amazing...

I walked around the block with Max after preparing lessons, I worked and done a bit of zumba dancing as well.
