My Actifit Report Card: November 19 2023
My walk on the boulevard this afternoon was still hot but not too humid, just a little bit. Happy for that chance because it was a nice weather.
When I got back, I prepped for lessons after having refreshment. I walked Max as well because I still have time before I start with my work. After work, I did a bit of zumba dancing hoping that it will help me get rid of the pain. Two weeks ago, I think I snapped a nerve on my left side under my armpit and I started feeling the pain after a few days until now. Thing is I know that when we hurt a nerve healing period will be long. May take a year or so. But me here trying to ease the pain with movement. Hopeful, that it should help.
