My Actifit Report Card: November 12 2023

It's nice to have a bit of a lie-in today, it's Sunday and the builders day-off. Peaceful day and I have some privacy, no one's staring. Priceless! 😊

I started my day with stretches, then I did some decluttering, had my meals, prepared lessons and prepared myself to go out to attend meetings. Also done a bit of online tasks and walked on the boulevard and worked.

After all that, of course I'm hoping to have a good rest because tomorrow's another day. Have a good rest, too, friends. Until then...
