My Actifit Report Card: November 9 2023

Another noisy and dusty day but it is what it is. Work load is a little light for me today so I decided to clean the floor like it will matter, huh. Living next to a construction site is a real challenge. Maybe another two months or so, hopefully it'll be all done. 🙏

I prepared lessons, done online tasks, worked, done a bit of zumba dancing, too. Great to loosen up after sitting for awhile because at work, it's only my mouth that's doing the exercise 😅. I might have put away my stress balls because of the building, could be helpful while working. 😁 Tether the cat was talking to me while I was trying to do my walk. 💕
