My Actifit Report Card: October 2 2023

Feeling a lot better today but not hundred percent well. I woke up feeling off yesterday, that I had to get back to bed after eating breakfast. The truth is my body's telling me something already last week and I had been ignoring it. So now, I think I must listen to it.

Since I'm feeling almost better, I spent my day normally today. I needed to work early, prepared lessons, walked with Max and I can tell I haven't got my normal strength.

It was drizzling when I took this sky photo. I just took myself outside several times walking around the block for fresh air and sunshine.

I also did a few chores, done my stretches and added zumba dancing as well, because why not 😄 I'm less sore today. I have to give myself proper amount of 💤 as well because I needed to get up earlier this morning to attend work meeting. Bye now!
