I feel like my mind is getting blurry again so I took sleeping supplement again last night. And once I take it, I know I must get to bed immediately so that it will work. I'm glad I took it because my mind was not just blurry but so much "clutters" as well.

So obvious because I sent my post prematurely yesterday or the other night. 😅. Oh dear, I can just shake my head. 🙄

Anyway, yesterday's physical activity was not much so I thought of doing zumba dancing after work. Yeah, why not?

I prepared lessons, done tasks online, deal with other things which includes worries, emotions, siblings differences (which was mind and heartbreaking, the toughest).

I walked Max as well despite the sky was growling. At least it was dry. 😊
