My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2023

I decided to clean, disinfect the floor today and more to do tomorrow, been planning to do the walls and ceiling, too and get rid of whatever molds that have appeared when the house got flooded. I hope and pray that there will not be another repeat. Since I decided to get back then must be a sensible thing to do.

I missed my walk on the boulevard this afternoon, oh well, at least I didn't get dehydrated 😅. I did a lot of walking around and moving around anyway doing the cleaning.

Of course, I did my stretches, a bit of zumba dance, some online tasks, etc.
