My Actifit Report Card: August 28 2023
Crazy weather today, it rains like crazy for 15 minutes or so then it pauses for a hour or so and that intervals happened, well, I lost count. Crazy as it was, but better than no pauses at all. Just strange though.
I've more work today and more online tasks, so had to prepare lessons, a quick walk with the boy Max then worked.
Of course, I've done my stretches with some yoga stretches earlier in the morning. Because of the weather my life is exactly like it at the moment. Crazy. Wishing for stability.
