My Actifit Report Card: August 27 2023
Weather is still nasty today but at least the rain stopped for a bit. It's crazy windy right now though. This weather always stresses me out. In fact we have two extreme weathers, hot and wet. They are both stressful by the way, only that wet weather stresses me more. That 27th July experience still is traumatising me. I'm still getting nightmares.
Like I said it's great that it stopped pouring at one point and I managed to walk on the boulevard. And yeah, you can tell that in this photos it really did rain. 😅 And I walked on the elevated path that is supposed to be for sitting which only a few people sit there.🤭
When I got back, I prepped lessons, not too much today, then worked.
