My Actifit Report Card: August 26 2023

Had a long day today it's because of insomnia attack again. Nothing new. So I started my day with my usual stretches and some yoga stretches so as not to waste my time being awake.

Guess what, after a few days of nice weather, it started to rain again. Apparently, a typhoon entered the country again. Hope this one is not as evil as the last one.

Despite the foul weather, my sister and I went to the beach as planned. Not a lot of people were there and there was this moment that it was just me in the water. I went for a dip and my sister just walked on the shore.

Water was warm despite the cool wind and big drizzles. So that was good. I just wished the sky was blue not looking blue. 😅

I prepped lessons, walked Max boy, and worked.
