My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2023
The house chores had been waiting for my free time. I can only do bit by bit because of work and unforeseen occurrences that's taking my time, energy and attention. I couldn't even spend more time here on the platform as much as I want to. But will try my best.
Despite awfully sleep deprived because of worries, I have to move on with my life, thankful that I have siblings who are here with me to give support.
My nephews' football just dumped in the greens. 😅
I'm glad I managed to do my stretches with some yoga stretches today, it was almost impossible. I also walked Max boy, prepared lessons and work.
