My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2023
Another beautiful day today, the fact that it didn't rain. But really it was hot and humid. I did quite a lot of washing up, worried that the floodwater will ruin my clothes, I'm probably halfway now or one third had been done and more to go. Because of that my plan to bleach the floor again, didn't happen.
This is a tiny wild flower that grew wild and I'm going to get rid of them as they're suffocating the plants already.
Done a lot of walking around and hanging clothes. I handwashed half of my dresses while some I put them in a laundry mesh bag and just put them in the washing machine. Now, I ran out of laundry detergent and softener. 🤭
I prepared lessons and got to work. Of course, done my stretches with some yoga stretches earlier in the morning.
