My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2023

It was my laundry day yesterday so I made that as my first task after doing my morning stretches with yoga stretches.

And while the machine was running I had my breakfast, washed up the dishes and off for a little walk around the block. And oh my, it was cloudy but the sun was so strong almost glaring and it bites 😅. Also it was sooo windy, I tell you what, it was whistling as well, I had to keep on looking around that something flying might knock me off. 😅

The weather gone worst in the afternoon while I was preparing lessons. The wind gone stronger and it started to rain, pouring at that. So, no walk with Max, no walk in the afternoon. 😔 And worst...it looked like this typhoon is staying for a bit longer. Yeah, found out that we are having a super typhoon.

Anyways, life's tough we just have to keep trying to handle it and move on...easier to say but a must!
