My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2023

Hello all, 👋

I started my day doing my stretches with some yoga stretches. Then I had my favorite breakfast.

I put my laundry in the washing machine next and started running it. In between, I did a bit of walk. Weather was stunning for a change or let me rephrase that, the sky was stunning but hot and humid as always. Well, at least it's not wet but my back, haha, with sweat. 😅

Even the tiny butterflies were enjoying the day. Can you spot it/them?

I spent some time with two of my nephews today as well which was great. I walked Max after preparing lessons and I got to work, too.
