My Actifit Report Card: May 13 2023
How are you this weekend Actifitters? 🤗
It is super hot here in our place nowadays, I thought the easter days are the hottest but I was wrong. I feel like I'm in an oven being toasted.
I see that it isn't just us humans are suffering from heat here but also these flowers. This one is supposed to be bright orange but it looks like it's losing its hue particularly the ones directly "attacked" by Mr. Sunshine.
But they still look beautiful, don't they? Light and dark combination rocks! But really, the heat is just too much to bear. My rashes' itch gets activated...Oh well...let's stay hydrated.
Very busy today with work, but I handled it alright. I prepared lessons, walked with Max, work, etc. Apart from bananas this sliced firm mango is one of my fruits of the day. 😋
One of the meds I'm taking is super bitter. It always leave its horrible taste in my mouth and this chocolate is just perfect to get rid of the bitter taste.
I did squats and jumping jacks today as well 😊. Doing my stretches with some yoga stretches in the morning is getting easier now.
I have two more days meds and I am so hoping that I'll completely be cleared of this feeling of itchiness. The heat is the culprit. I hope the temperature will go down a bit or my body should be strong enough to take the heat. 🙏
