My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2023
Hello Actifitters, how's your weekend going? 🤗
I'm glad I managed to have a walk this afternoon on the boulevard. I'm busy lately and I don't know how long this will take. Of course, there's advantage to it so I'm embracing it. I just hope I could handle it.
I tell you what, despite the brutally of the heat, look what's happy, yeah, what? It's the Texas sage also called rain sage or purple sage. I know, sounds like an herb, right? ☺
Apparently, it's drought tolerant, it can stay seven hours in a scorching heat temperature and only requires moderate watering. Amazing, how I wish I can tolerate heat like this shrub so I won't suffer from heat rashes. Horrible, I think I need to see a doctor already. Been almost three weeks. Oh well...
When I got back after the walk, I had a quick snack, prepared some lessons and also I needed to work.
And of course, I did my stretches with some yoga stretches earlier this morning even if it was a bit of a drag particularly that I'm stuffing myself with an antihistamine due to itchy rashes. I just wish my skin get better soon. Stay hydrated and healthy, all. ❤
