My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2023

Hello there fellow Actifitters, how's your weekend going?

My weekend is going good, hope yours, too. I had quite a walk again this morning with friends and we passed by my old school when I was in primary. Quite nostalgic it had been a while.

And this tree inside the concrete wall of the school, its fruits bring back memories. I never tasted it again, only when I was in primary grades. Because it's the only place they sell this fruit, I'm guessing. I don't even know its name. Those are fruits on the branches sticking up with no leaves. Quite high.

When I got home after the hot walk I was craving for something cold and this yoghurt is what I found in the fridge so I put in some strawberries in it. Yum.

I had another walk this afternoon after preparing lessons. Then I had to work.
I also had done my routine stretches with some yoga stretches in the morning.
