My Actifit Report Card: March 7 2023

Hello dear Actifitters, I hope you're having a nice Tuesday🤗.

Today, I had an early start and did quite a walk in the morning. And on my walk with friends, we encountered these long necked feathered friends. A person nearby said that they could chase anybody and attack so we were very careful not to disturb nor offend them while we quietly walked passed. I think they're pretty elegant creatures.

When my friends and I parted ways. I dropped by the old house where I grew up and had a good chat with my brothers. Then I walked home after a while.

When I got home, I had to prepare lessons, walked Max after then I had to work later on.

Of course, I must mention my morning routine of stretches with some yoga stretches, too.
