My Actifit Report Card: March 2 2023
Hello dear Actifitters, how's your day going 🤗
Today in the morning I had quite a walk but a slow walk because my walking partner was a seventy year old lady. So I had to slow down and I felt a bit shy to take photographs. I only managed a quick shot on two cute dogs... then they started to follow us around. When I got home, my sister and I munched on apple slices and mandarin oranges. Uhmm well, I had most of them actually because for her they're so tart but I loved it.
Walking in the morning was quite tiring I don't know why...tired but I had tasks after. So well, I just had to be tired and I survived even if I completely forgotten one of my schedule. Can't do anything about it but apologize. I'm no super human. I prepared lessons, done tasks online, walked Max and worked. Such a joy to watch these cats today while they're waiting for feeding time.
The moon is getting bigger... soon it will be full. Anyways, I did my routine stretches with some yoga stretches this morning and done some jumping up and down that little step.
