My Actifit Report Card: January 26 2023

I haven't done that much physical task yesterday, because I have more mental to deal with, even emotional. Quite overloaded actually but I'd rather be physically active. I have earlier work on Wednesdays and that sort of keep me at my desk doing other online tasks after work.

I'm glad I did an earlier walk before 3pm because I missed my later walk due to some issues that suddenly popped up and I went cramming to prepare some lessons for later work.

The weather, was great when I had the walk. If not I definitely won't do that walk. Clear blue sky, breezy and sun was shining bright. I also did my daily stretches with some yoga stretches. My back is still hurting but more tolerable. So it's great.
