My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2022

My sister and I had a traumatic day today when a huge lizard managed to get in the house. Boy that was time consuming and hysterical. I needed to cook and of all places, it had chosen the kitchen. Anyways, it's back in nature now where it belongs. Peace finally. I did some cooking, prepared lessons, work, etc.

As usual in the morning, I did my daily stretches, some yoga stretches, and walked and ran around with Max this afternoon.
