My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2022
I had more injections today which are so unpleasant because they were put in both of my arms and almost where my shoulder joints are, and I will have more after three days time. And the last one will be in a month time. Anyways, if it's for my safety then I just have to comply.
Weather's nice today. So I was out early and back, done my laundry, prepared few lessons, took Max for a walk around and his toilet break.
Of course, I did my daily stretches, a bit of yoga stretches, etc. I'm happy that I almost got rid of my neck pain with stretches and other exercises. I must keep on doing that because I think I'm doing something right until pain is gone.
