My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2022
Still feeling a bit off today as those three injections that I got yesterday are giving me unpleasant symptoms. I wish this will be better until Thursday when I'm going to take another injection. I wonder which arm to give this time...Anyways, I do not want this off feeling to stop me from doing my daily and weekly routine so yeah, I kept myself busy because I will feel worst doing nothing.
I did my daily stretches, a bit of yoga stretches, a bit of zumba dance, done my laundry, lessons preparation, work, etc.
Weather's not pleasant this afternoon it poured with rain and stopped and pours again. But the good thing was the gap that it stopped, so Max is happy and I feel good. The sky's grey and heavy looking. I missed taking photographs so I'm sharing photos from previous walk.
