My Actifit Report Card: December 4 2025

Hello to all active people. Feeling great this week as I again exceeded my daily step goal. I guess the cooler weather helped a lot, although the flu season is around the corner. Hopefully this amount of activity will keep me from getting sick. Wishing everyone a Thankful Thursday. Stay fit!
