My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2021

So I had my first time after a long month! So I didn't actually moved a lot and needed to take a rest. And yes I only did a 2k walking because I needed to eat. Haha. Need to cope u tomorrow to burn lots of fats!

The only thing I did today was to eat and refresh My body. And yes. You also need to refresh. Don't work yourself out. Or else you will just burnout yourself.

Having a day offs is also part of a workout. So guys don't forget to take a rest once in a while. And enjoy your food! Hehe
