My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2023
Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday was a bit lazy. One of the reasons was my knee was bothering me a bit, but mostly I felt like not doing much. It's no surprise, but Le Chat felt the same apparently (but she does every day of course)
Also a constant every day, Kaia made sure the entire yard was very safe!
With the nice weather, although getting a bit too warm, lots of time spent in the yard came with the laziness of course.
But we couldn't be completely inactive, especially the day before Kaia's surgery, as she won't be able to walk for several weeks. So we went to the nearby forest again.
Kaia was on the trail of something along the wall.
But again she didn't find anything.
Back to that hole in the wall, I noticed the sunset was starting.
So we found our new viewpoint, it's actually better than I thought.
When we came back home, these two deer were in the front yard across the street.
I found it funny how synchronized they were when the neighbor dog barked.
But they quickly left through a hole in the hedge.
Just like the rest of the day, the evening was kinda lazy too. That explains this low step count. That was a rest day in my running training anyways, so it's all good.

First step done, the surgery went well. Kaia should be back home tomorrow, and the next step will be the fun one when I have to try and keep her calm all day !lolz

Thanks! And yes, Kaia's back home, it went well so far. She's very tired though and can't even stand on her own yet. The next few days will be a bit complicated, but hopefully she'll regain her energy quickly. But not too much energy!
