My Actifit Report Card: August 31, 2023
Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday steps started late at night while admiring the second Super Moon of August. I tried to snap different photos, with and without objects in the foreground. These are two of my favorites.
Then the rest of the day was like many days will probably be until Kaia can go on walks again. We spent lots of time in the yard enjoying the great weather.
Le Chat wasn't very cooperative for photos.
So I called Kaia to the rescue.
She tried to talk to her and I thought they found an agreement.
But I was wrong, Le Chat showed she ain't afraid of nobody! She's lucky Kaia is usually quite mellow though and didn't respond to her attacks.
Just like the previous days, I added a few more steps by visiting the tiny forest behind our yard fence. There's no actual trail, so it's not the best for a good walk, but it's better than nothing.
And finally, a friend needed help to move some heavy stuff. It was for an older lady that couldn't do it herself. Her neighborhood was also nice and quiet. So I walked a bit there too.
And that was it. I really need to find a new routine to replace our daily walks with Kaia. Let's see if getting back into running can help.

That moon was a beauty, and you got some great shots of it! It really is good that Kaia is so gentle with Le Chat, even when Le Chat is not gentle! That little forest behind the fence is lovely too, even if it doesn't have trails for a good walk. Still great to have so close! I remember Genepi was sometimes explaining Le Chat she should behave, by simply putting his big paw on her. Never seen Kaia doing that, at least not yet!
