My Actifit Report Card: August 19 2023

Hey Actifitters,

On Saturday, we had the same idea as last week end: 2 shorter walks instead of a long walk. It seems to be better for Kaia and her painful legs. The first walk early afternoon was to the forest. But even before we got there, we met wildlife. This cute squirrel clearly meant business when it saw us.

In the forest, Kaia immediately went into predator mode.

During a sunny day, it's even more strange to see this area of the forest where all the tress came down.

We found this tree covered with what I think is chicken of the woods. Like I said in the past, it usually doesn't stay long, many people hunting for mushrooms in the area.

Kaia found a few more things to chase before we walked back home.

And some new teepees being built.

Nothing much to report for the rest of the day until our second walk of the day around sunset time.

It's strange how some days the sky turns orange, some other pinkish, or purplish. All I know is that I like these colors!
