My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2023

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday was another pretty normal work day. It might be wishful thinking, but I think Kaia's getting better. It seems she only limps after laying down for a while. I still don't like the way she has to sit sideways though.

Even if she seems better, I am still trying to keep our walking mileage a bit low for some time. So, it is still just one easy walk a day. After two days in a row going to the golf course, I thought we would change it and go to the forest. The weather was grey when we started anyways, and I didn't expect a sunset. Our favorite entrance is still closed.

Of course we could go under, but we just went to the next entrance. And on the way, I noticed the sky turned purple.

So we made a quick detour, and the colors were amazing.

At last we entered the forest.

You probably can't see it but Kaia was really happy running off-leash again.

The clean up is still progressing well I think. At least the trails are all clean now.

Kaia wasn't as impressed as I was by the progress, and much more focused on the critters out there.

As often, we finished our walk in darkness and that was it for the day's activities.
