My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2023

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday weather wasn't super hot for once and yet the sun was mostly out. So mid-afternoon Kaia and I went on a long walk. When we arrived near the forest, this little guy was waiting for us. Well okay, really he couldn't care less about us, he was just eating!

Right at the entrance of the forest, signs of the short storms from the day before were visible, including this fallen tree that was just held by the power cables.

But it was all good in the forest.

With more mushrooms than ever of course.

Kaia was again more tired than she should be. An obvious indicator was when she didn't try and chase a squirrel that was just a couple meters from us. That was clear, something ain't right. So today I called the vet, we have another appointment next week.

But we walked the trails anyways, just a bit slower than usual.

After another late afternoon meeting, I decided to go for another walk. I figured it's best to keep Kaia in motion, nothing too strenuous of course. We went to one of our sunset viewpoints. Sunset was pretty much over, but the sky had a nice pale pinkish color.

And we made our way home. We met this guy on the way, his eyes were open so wide when we passed by him!
