My Actifit Report Card: July 5 2023

Hey Actifitters

Yesterday was back to work after a four day week end, no fun! Once again, to beat the heat, I got up early and by 8am we were on a walk to the forest with Kaia.

Again, I first tried to capture these sun rays piercing through the leaves. Easier said than done, especially with just a phone. But believe me, it was beautiful!

I think this was my favorite:

It was very quiet early in the morning, it seems even the birds slept in. But once again, Kaia had plenty of off-leash fun, while I went hunting for mushrooms.

It seems the ones I showed the past couple of days are already rotten.

On the way back, we found deer again, two fawns running around and resting in a yard. Surprisingly, no adult deer in sight.

The work day after that was pretty busy, as expected after a long week end. And unfortunately, I had a meeting with a West Coast customer that ended after 9pm. It was getting dark and I didn't feel like going for another walk. So we just played in the yard with Kaia.

And we got another visit in our own front yard this time, but much bigger deer! Not sure what that is on its shoulder. Of course it wasn't the same as a walk, but running back and forth along the fence was also good exercise for Kaia!

And that was it for the day. Let's see if this edit thing works, it's the first time I use the Actifit interface for this.
