My Actifit Report Card: June 5 2023

Hey Actifitters,

After a very nice and active week end, it was once again back to workday routine yesterday. But I managed to get up earlier again, so we could go for a walk to the forest with Kaia before my first morning meeting. Not sure how many days that is, at least 10 in a row I think, probably a record! Just a few blocks from the house, even before arriving in the forest, we met our first deer.

We didn't stop long though and rushed to the forest.

Everybody knows I'm always late, but I didn't want to be too late for my meeting, so we walked faster, but less time.

After a full work day, it was a bit late, and I had very little motivation for a run, so I took the easy way with another walk to the forest, just around dusk.

And that was it, a slightly slower day to recover from all the week end activities. Just what I needed.
