My Actifit Report Card: April 15 2021
Hey Actifitters,
Today I didn't get a chance to walk as much as usual in the woods with the dogs but still got a good step count.
Too many meetings in the morning, but I had a good surprise: I registered yesterday for the COVID vaccine and this morning I already had an email saying there were some availabilities. So that's what I did in the afternoon. And since I was already out, I also went grocery shopping as again supplies were getting dangerously low. All that accounted for quite a few steps already.
And finally we could go for a walk in the woods. Weather was very grey and drizzly and it didn't improve in the evening like yesterday.
The dogs are always so happy to go everywhere I go that I had them in the car during all my errands. I can do that when the temperature is low like today. So after that, they were really ready for a walk.
When we came back, it was getting dark, but I went for a short run. I wanted to put in a few miles in case I get side effects from the vaccine and don't feel like running for a few days. I doubt it, but just in case.
Oh yeah, and I did my taxes. I know the deadline was extended in the US, but I still wanted to get it done.
