Hallo liebe Hiver,
mein picture of the day ist heute mein Selfmade Burger vom heimischen Gasgrill. Alles selbst gemacht. Leckeres Burgerpatty aus 70% Rind und 30% Schwein, wegen dem Fettgehalt. Gewürzt mit Senf, Paprika, Zwiebel, Salz und Pfeffer. Dann das Beste, die Burger Buns. Selbst gemacht schmecken die einfach wesentlich besser als aus dem Supermarkt. Unglaublich Fluffig und die Größe kann man ganz nach Belieben an die Burgerpattys anpassen. Die Sauce ist logischerweise auch Selfmade und geht in Richtung Bic Mac. Zwei Käsescheiben ( eine Gouda und eine Cheddar ) direkt nach dem Wenden mit auf den Grill und fertig ist der perfekte Burger!

Incredibly Fluffig and the size can be adjusted to the Burgerpattys at will. The sauce is logically also self-made and goes in the direction of Bic Mac. Two cheese slices (one Gouda and one Cheddar) directly after turning on the grill and ready is the perfect burger!
