Flooded streets, even houses are a regular occurrence here whenever it rains. The difference here is that we often see dirty pool, with trash dumped in waterways by "unknown persons', as they call them. It's rather crazy.

Nice the kids could have fun in the pool.

I'm really glad there isn't trash in the water, but it's not exactly super CLEAN water. !BBH
