【打卡】潮记 Teo Kee - 吃梅菜猪肉

这家「潮记」卖的“梅菜猪肉”在我家乡这一区算是老字号，原本开在小镇 Kuala Kubu Bharu，后来老爷子退休才结束营业。

之后「潮记」换了个地方重新营业，新店开在了 Ulu Yam Lama 的住宅区里，虽然地址写 Batang Kali，但真正地点在 Ulu Yam Lama。

新「潮记」的招牌菜“梅菜猪肉”轮到了第二代传人继续煮下去，美食还能继续传承，我们这些食客才有口福。

开在住宅房里的新「潮记」在住宅外建了个厨房来煮饭，食客点的单都被送进这里。墙壁上还有一些值得纪念的报纸剪纸，里面都是「潮记」的历史。

这就是我从小喜欢吃的一道美食，现在的味道却比不上从前了。虽然现在的梅菜猪肉很好吃，但是我还是觉得以前老爷爷煮的更好吃。

凉茶
这杯凉茶也是我从小的最爱，吃完梅菜猪肉就必须配凉茶喝，炎热的天气喝一杯又冷又甜的饮料才舒服。

这里的食物都是我童年的回忆，能吃到童年的味道很开心，毕竟还能找回童年味道的机会很少了。

这是两碗饭、两碗粥、梅菜猪肉(中)、两杯凉茶、一杯温水的价格，在家乡这里还真的不算贵了。
