叻思猪杂粥 - 童年回忆里的味道

小时候的我住在外婆家，外婆家位于马来西亚雪兰莪州北部的一个小镇，叫 Kuala Kubu Bharu (新古毛)。我妈经常忙于工作，经常都很晚才回来，她会在回程途中打包粥来给我们吃。

妈妈打包的粥就是从这家「叻思猪杂粥」里买回来的。「叻思猪杂粥」位于一个叫“叻思”的小地方，小时候妈妈偶尔也会带我去那里坐着慢慢吃。

他们的粥档开在他们住家门口，家庭式的经营了几十年。再次来到叻思这里寻找“小时候的味道”，满满的回忆。

我与家人一起来的，一家三口坐下来慢慢吃……

久违的家乡味

三碗糖水
● 红豆水 爸爸点的
● 麦粥 我点的
● 麦粥参红豆水 妈妈点的
糖水还是回忆里那个味道，非常好喝。

猪杂粥 妈妈点的
一碗里面有有猪肉和猪内脏的粥，我妈妈的最爱，却是我的最怕。我实在接受不了内脏啊！

咖喱河粉 爸爸点的

咖喱米粉面 我点的
当我回到这里的时候，我一直犹豫不决，到底我该点“鸡丝粥”还是“咖喱米粉面”？最后点了咖喱，然后后悔了，久没吃辣，我的胃在吃了咖喱之后竟然隐隐作痛。后悔没有点“鸡丝粥”，但是没有后悔药。

咖喱米粉面好吃，却让我的胃痛了一整晚…… 🥲
